Clear rules for moving data.
These terms govern your use of CommaRelay’s local workspace, website, and optional hosted features.
Last updated August 26, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using CommaRelay, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and at least 13 years old.
2. The service
CommaRelay provides tools to inspect, edit, clean, export, and optionally publish tabular data. Local features may work without an account. Hosted datasets, sharing, APIs, MCP access, repeatable workflows, collaboration, and AI-assisted features may require an account or paid plan.
Preview, beta, waitlist, and early-access features may change, stop, or remain unavailable. Plan limits and feature descriptions shown at purchase form part of these terms.
3. Your data and responsibilities
You retain your rights in files and data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display data solely to provide and secure the features you choose.
You are responsible for having permission to use the data, reviewing cleanup results, keeping appropriate source copies, controlling shared links and credentials, and deciding whether exported or queried data is suitable for your purpose.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use CommaRelay to violate law or third-party rights; upload malware; probe or disrupt the service; bypass access controls or usage limits; scrape the service; impersonate others; expose credentials; or process data you are not authorized to handle.
5. Plans, billing, and limits
Paid subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.
Deterministic MCP usage and AI credits may have separate allowances. We may enforce documented storage, row, request, rate, and cost controls to protect reliability and sustainable service operation.
6. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that inferred types, cleanup suggestions, exports, AI output, or third-party integrations will be error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CommaRelay and The Junior Republic Group, LLC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, legal requirements, or risk to other users. We may update these terms; material changes will be identified by an updated date or other reasonable notice.
9. General terms and contact
These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and The Junior Republic Group, LLC. regarding CommaRelay. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
